2. Press your fingers firmly into your temples and open and close your eyes 5 times fast.
3. Look up as far as you can, (keeping your head still), then down, then up again and so on. 10 times in total. Then repeat left and right.
4. Lift your eyebrows while trying to half close your top eyelids. Then open your eyes wide. 10 times.
Do this every day. It shouldn’t take too long once you get used to it, and you’ll find that it’s one of the best ways to tackle those under eye wrinkles. There are of course good under eye wrinkle creams and you should combine the exercises with a good anti eye wrinkle cream, but even the best under eye wrinkle creams won’t work as well on their own as they will in conjunction with facial exercises.
So combine the best eye wrinkle cream with regular facial exercises and you’re on your way to a good eye wrinkle control regime.
