Anti Wrinkle Eye Creams. Is That All You Need?

Can you get rid of those eye wrinkles just using an anti wrinkle eye cream, or is there more to do?

Everyone is searching for the best anti eye wrinkle cream. It’s so easy to just smear a cream on your face, or eyes, and expect all the wrinkles to disappear. And there’s no doubt that this will work if you use a good anti wrinkle cream for your eyes. However there’s a lot more you can do to prevent the effects of aging on your face and your eyes, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles on your skin.

Aging is a natural process. As we age our skin becomes less supple and the effects of this are more visible. The elasticity of our skin, including around the eyes, reduces and our skin becomes more susceptible to bagging and wrinkling. And this is where we start reaching for the anti wrinkle eye creams.

1. Keep out of the sun. There’s now no doubt that more time spent in the sun increases the bad effects of the sun on the skin. The sun ages our skin, and it also causes skin cancer. The UV rays from the suns light do both, and we need to keep out of it. If you must go out in the sun do so at times other than in the middle of the day, and use clothing that shades our skin like a good sun hat and long sleeves. Use a good sunscreen and try to avoid the sun in the middle of the day.

2. Eat properly. By properly we mean to eat a good diet rich in fruits and vegetables high in vitamins. Research has shown that a healthy diet affects all aspects of our body, including our skin health.

3. DON’T SMOKE. It seems obvious now as it is so clear that smoking is so bad for us, but so many of us continue to smoke. Smoking damages the skin and the blood vessels that supply blood to all our body, and ages us prematurely. Our skin suffers and we suffer.

4. Equally, Don’t drink to much. Alcohol too has an effect on the aging process, and on skin wrinkles and lines around out eyes.

5. Drink lots of water. Instead of that extra scotch drink a water. Water is so much better than the scotch on our skin and our bodies. Water helps keep you healthier and younger, but the scotch ages us.
